Christopher Hahn, Ph.D., MBA Chris Hahn is the primary service provider and researcher for Constructive Agreement but he works fluidly as a team with Kendall Switzer, former Blue Angel Pilot & Brigadier General, USAF (Ret.), and Chris Forrest,  M.A. & US Navy SEAL veteran.  Dr. Hahn has mediated hundreds of cases, facilitates regularly for the Montana Supreme Court, and has worked in various roles as a quasi-judicial officer.  He has a diversified background that allows unique perspectives on a wide range of team building opportunities and disputes. He has multiple mediation certifications: •	certified water resources mediator •	certified family mediator - has mediated hundreds of family cases •	completed water commissioner training  His career includes: •	ongoing mediation for business, government, families, and inter-agency •	ongoing facilitation of mission development and execution for businesses and other organizations •	ongoing facilitation of dependency neglect cases for the Montana Supreme Court •	extensive business, nonprofit, and research & development experience  •	Land management with Conoco •	Land and water management with Homestake Mining Company •	Software development and data distribution with Digital Integrator •	Hahn, et al., patent 6,725,446 is a software based information distribution platform  •	author of a graduate-level textbook, Doing Qualitative Research Using Your Computer (Sage Publications).   His AB Degree is in Geology from Hope College, Holland, MI; MBA from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ,         Ph.D., from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN  He is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, a former member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Association, the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
